PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
THE PROVIDER, generically called "Pet Boutique" represented by one of the partner or collaborating companies below:

hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties" and individually referred to as "the Party"
given that :
• THE PROVIDER makes online products available to the BENEFICIARY; • THE BENEFICIARY wishes to purchase these pet products.
have agreed to conclude this Agreement under the following conditions:
PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The object of the agreement is the online sale by the PROVIDER of the products presented in the "Pet Boutique" store or through other means or communication channels of the BENEFICIARY.
DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
This Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt by the BENEFICIARY of the product (s) made available by the PROVIDER and is indefinite.
1. The prices of the products will be those communicated on the individual sales pages for each product category.
2. Payment can be made online, with the card, through the Modalyst payment system
3. The customer has the obligation to opt for the payment method chosen at the time of choosing the product, by checking the appropriate option, according to the purchase steps.
4. Once the product has been selected and the payment method has been selected, payment is made externally. The customer does not have to go through a monthly or annual payment procedure.
5. The fiscal invoice will be issued on the date of debiting the amount in the account of the PROVIDER (according to the account statement) or after the confirmation of the payment in the account of the BENEFICIARY (according to the account statement). Once issued, an invoice cannot be modified.
8. The tax invoice for any order can be found in the customer's account and downloaded from there.
