DELIVERY IN ROMANIA

Delivery is made through the courier service (DPD Curier, Cargus, Nemo Express), throughout Romania .
Order processing takes between 1-2 working days, and delivery is made in 1-2 working days. After placing the order, you will receive an AWB code from the courier and you will be contacted via SMS on the day of delivery. The delivery service is charged 15 RON , and is free for orders over 299 RON.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery is made by courier service (GLS INTERNATIONAL, TCE INTERNATIONAL) and International Postal Services.
Order processing takes between 1 - 3 working days, and delivery is made in 5 - 10 working days. After placing the order, you will receive an AWB code from the courier and you will be contacted via SMS on the day of delivery. The delivery service is charged with 25 EUR , and is free for orders over 75 EUR.

Return / Cancellation Policy
1. Under EU law, when purchasing a product or service online, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the package if it does not comply with what you ordered.

2. We offer a 100% guarantee, which means that in the event that, within 14 days of receiving the package, the ordered products are defective or do not correspond to the description, you can withdraw your order and receive your money back. The money is returned after the products are returned and inspected for the defects mentioned in the return.

3. If you wish to appeal the right of return, all you have to do is communicate your unequivocal intention by email to contact@petboutique.ro

4. In case of cancellation of the order placed on Pet Boutique, after the expiration of the 14-day period, no amount of the price paid will be refunded.

5. If the order does not reach you within the maximum delivery time +5 days, the money will be refunded in full or in part depending on the customer's request. Refunds can also be made by exchanging the product with another in stock.

6. Customized products shall not be returned or changed except in the cases referred to in point 2. Please refer to the size chart and carefully measure as directed to ensure that the product fits. If you have any questions or need advice on choosing the right product, you can contact us.

Payment Methods
Payment is made when placing the order, online, with the card.
We accept most bank cards for payment.
Refund payment is not available because custom products cannot be resold after completion, so a prepayment guarantee is required.
