The idea of Pet Boutique store came from our adopted dog, Elsa .
For a long time we we're looking for a collar that was big enough and strong enough for her, but that also looked good.
We realized that we can't be the only ones looking for such a thing and that the options are limited.
Most large dog collars are plain and in a very small color palette. The clip-on collars we tried were coming off when the dog pulled harder on the leash. And the locket is always at risk of falling off the collar and making an annoying noise.
We stared to work on products that fit our needs and opened the store, even though we didn't have a wide variety of products at first and no business experience.
Along the way, thanks to your feedback and support of the community, we've been able to expand our range quickly. The greatest joy for us is to see your pets wearing accessories from us, whether we receive pictures or meet you on the street.
Elsa's story
For us, the most important thing is to help dogs and cats. Collars and harnesses are selected and tested to meet the highest quality standards. We chose almost only models for which large sizes are available. Prices do not differ from size XS to size XL, we believe that is correct way to approach this.
Personalized name plates are an innovative idea because they solve the problem of losing the regular pendant. The engraving process is done with a state-of-the-art laser. The inscription can not be erased. The most important feature is the extra security provided your phone number or address on the collar, elements that help you recover your pet quickly if it gets lost.
Foster
Pet Boutique team supports the adoption of stray animals. Every month, we organize charity campaigns for animal protection associations in Romania. In addition, a large part of the profit is used directly to care for pets in need. We have been volunteers for 6 years in a shelter in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In addition, we help pets find a home through foster care. We take care of them temporarily, until adoption. We have prepared for you, a presentation of the animals we took care of, in the last 3 years.
